Pitches Terms and Conditions

Cancellations

• If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before you are set to play, then you will not be charged, and your place will still be reserved.
• If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before you are set to play, then you will be charged, but you will still retain your place.
• If you do not show up to your booking and do not notify Imperial Sports Ground, then your booking will be removed from our system and given to a user waiting for the slot. Repeat offenders may be refused a booking slot.
• If you purchase a 10-week block booking, cancelling a session within the 10 weeks, regardless of the notice period given to Imperial Sports Ground, will not result in an extension of the booking.
• Imperial Sports Ground being closed, for example around the Christmas and New Year period, will result in the extension of a 10-week block booking.

Rolling Bookings

• Imperial Sports Ground recognises a season as lasting from August 1^st until July 31^st.
• For those with rolling bookings, Imperial Sports Ground will need confirmation as to whether the booking is to restart at the beginning of the new season, at least 7 days before it is due to start.
• If Imperial Sports Ground receives no confirmation, then the booking slot will be made available to other customers.

Arrival on Site

• All users will be required to check in at either the bar or reception on arrival to the site, regardless of if payment is required. Imperial Sports Ground is a COVID safe environment, therefore there is minimal risk when entering the building, providing users follow our protocols.
• Players may not enter their pitch more than 15 minutes before the booking is due to commence. Anything longer than 15 minutes will result in additional charges.

Payment

• Users of Imperial Sports Ground must pay their fee before they can play. Those who refuse to pay before they play will be asked to leave, and the booking slot may be lost.
• Imperial Sports Ground recommends that teams who collect subs from players arrive 5 minutes earlier than normal to organise payment before the booking commences.

Weekend Fixtures

• Users who have their seasons fixtures at Imperial Sports Ground are required to notify us at least 7 days before the fixture is due to take place should any changes occur. This includes if the fixture is postponed or the kick off time is changed.
• Imperial Sports Ground will do their best to accommodate all teams should any changes arise, however we cannot guarantee a space for a fixture should the game change from the original fixture list that was sent to us by all teams at the beginning of the season.
• Games that are postponed by Imperial Sports Ground, for example due to the weather, will be added on to the end of the season at no additional cost, providing the home team rearranges the fixture and confirms this with us.
