What is BusinessPro?

BusinessPro is an easy-to-use Web to Print solution for multi-site businesses storing marketing and stationery documentation in one central location. It allows multiple and remote registered users access to such files to edit and print, while protecting the brand’s integrity. Jobs and projects are printed by Nectarine Print and despatched to a requested address. BusinessPro is suitable for organisations of 10 or more staff, franchises and multi-site chain operators.

Customised Branded Dashboard

Each dashboard is unique in appearance by incorporating brand colours and logo. Staff, partners, franchisees have access to a customised dashboard that allows 24-7 access to pre-approved editable templates stored in the Media Volt. Optional payment gateways; Invoice or Credit Card.

BusinessPro Media Vault

Our design executives will upload existing artwork onto the Media Volt’s secure server and convert into editable templates for network members to personalise with easy to use editing tools. Create new branded marketing and stationery templates to share across the network while protecting the brand’s integrity.

Centralised Marketing

Upload new marketing campaigns and rollout throughout the network. Network members can be informed when new assets have been uploaded ready for personalisation. Ideal for rolling-out key dates fixtures such as Christmas, Easter, special offers, new stores / business openings.

Centralised Stationery

With multiple users across one network ordering business stationery such as; letterheads, compliment slips, envelopes, business cards can be a time consuming affair. Nectarine’s BusinessPro is your personal Communications Officer that empowers the network users to order and edit stationery when required.

Set prices for network partners with a retro discount passed onto the main account owner. Ideal for franchise organisations who are looking for a self-liquidating arrangement.
