The transmission of heat is significantly reduced by introducing polyamide webs and a polyurethane insulation core between the sections of steel reinforcement (thermal separation). For the Castello and Palazzo 5-chamber systems the Uf value of 1.6 W/(m2K) has therefore been improved and is now 1.1 W/(m2K).
Our high-quality EPDM gaskets deliver what they promise, even after many years. The exceptionally weather- resistant material is highly resilient which guarantees long-term tightness. This avoids draughts and heat loss.
Owing to their smooth, highly compressed surface, the profiles are dirt-repellent and easy to clean; they also attract less dust due to the lower static charge. The windows are easy to clean as there are no corners and recesses in the frame.
